Phil Ivey has been labeled as the best poker contender on the globe by quite a few of the top pros. Phil Ivey was born in Riverside, CA and relocated to NJ before reaching turning 1. He decided to take his skills to the next level and headed out west to Vegas. Phil continues to compete in in "The Big Game" at the Bellagio with the greatest players in the world. Phil credits his achievements to hard work and an undying passion for the game of poker. He states that he is picking up skills every single day and is very abashed about his success. He knows he makes blunders every single game of poker and constantly strives to improve.

Despite the fact that Phil has come first in some large tournaments, he likes destroying cash games on a normal basis.
